The H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously arranged in a linear fashion, and the H fins adeptly partition the space into multiple compact areas, promoting a balanced airflow. Compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered layouts and other designs like spiral finned models, the H finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times longer, ensuring outstanding durability.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube, a common challenge in heat exchange processes. The staggered tube arrangement simplifies the cleaning of the tube bundle, significantly reducing fouling on the back side. It exhibits remarkable self-cleaning capabilities at optimal wind speeds, maintaining performance and cleanliness. On the H finned tube's sides, straight channels are created, optimizing soot removal and achieving superior results when using a soot blower.
