(1) Excellent wear resistance
The H finned tube heat exchanger is designed in a linear arrangement, where the H fins tactfully divide the space into smaller regions, optimizing airflow uniformity. Compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered layouts or spiral finned exchangers, under identical conditions, the H finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times longer.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling predominantly forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube surfaces. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, it's easier to flush the tube bundle, significantly minimizing fouling on the rear side. A remarkable self-cleaning capability is exhibited at optimal wind speeds. The straight channels formed on either side of the H finned tube facilitate superior soot removal when employing a soot blower, achieving optimal soot expulsion.
