Advantages of H-finned tube:

The H-finned tube stands as the pivotal heat exchange component in the entire exhaust gas boiler system. Discover the unparalleled advantages that make the H finned tube an essential choice.

(1) Excellent wear resistance

The H finned tube heat exchanger is designed in a linear arrangement, where the H fins tactfully divide the space into smaller regions, optimizing airflow uniformity. Compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered layouts or spiral finned exchangers, under identical conditions, the H finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times longer.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling predominantly forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube surfaces. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, it's easier to flush the tube bundle, significantly minimizing fouling on the rear side. A remarkable self-cleaning capability is exhibited at optimal wind speeds. The straight channels formed on either side of the H finned tube facilitate superior soot removal when employing a soot blower, achieving optimal soot expulsion.

(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas

The straight channels created by the H fins, coupled with the directional steering of the airflow by the spiral angle of spiral fins, result in a notably lower flue resistance for the H fins. Adopting the H-finned tube significantly reduces wind resistance, thereby cutting down on fan operational costs and initial investment.

(4) Fins and steel pipe welding fusion rate is high

The patented zigzag structure of the H fins ensures an impressive weld fusion rate with the steel pipes, reaching 98% or higher, which guarantees an exceptional heat transfer coefficient for the H-finned tubes.

The H finned tube offers a large heating surface per unit length, which is 7.8 times that of a smooth tube. Advanced argon arc welding is used for butt welds, significantly enhancing welding quality over manual methods.
