Crafted with utmost precision, our finned tubes are expertly manufactured from a range of materials including carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes exhibit exceptional precision and durability.

By employing a gentle direct welding process with side current, our fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, showcasing a distinctive U-profile shape. This innovative approach not only enhances heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies joint strength and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The gradual rolling process used in shaping the fins minimizes internal stress in the final profile. Our method supports impressive profile lengths of up to 7 meters. Predominantly crafted from carbon steel for superior heat transfer, our fins can also be custom-manufactured from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, as well as austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific customer requirements. The fin height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to the customer's precise specifications. Seamless tubes, matching the material diversity of the fins, range from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous production process guarantees longitudinally finned tubes with stringent tolerances of ± 6 mm.
