(1) Excellent wear resistance
Ingeniously designed, the H finned tube heat exchanger is aligned perfectly in line. This clever arrangement of H fins creates multiple small chambers that homogenize the airflow. Compared to other heat exchangers with staggered tubes or spiral fins, this design offers superior wear resistance, lasting 3 to 4 times longer under similar conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically occurs at the dorsal side and the windward side of the tube. A staggered tube arrangement facilitates the easy flushing of the tube bundle, leading to significantly reduced fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, it boasts an impressive self-cleaning ability. Straight channels formed on both sides of the H-finned tube efficiently manage soot, achieving optimal cleanliness with the use of a soot blower.
