1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a specialized piece of equipment that leverages ambient air as its cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within.
This standalone equipment requires minimal space and can be strategically positioned indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. Connectivity is seamless via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is adjustable via a valve, reflected on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water using the distribution package's valve to eliminate debris and prevent blockages.

Product advantages
1. Prolongs the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Scaling from ordinary water necessitates frequent cleaning, impacting emission power and lifespan, and in severe cases, could cause anode burnout.
2. Economical energy consumption. For instance, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment's anode water circuit consumes approximately 8KW with ordinary water versus only about 70W with distilled water, illustrating substantial savings.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates direct current through water resistance, resulting in electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate is over 100 times greater with ordinary water compared to distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer serves as an ingenious device located at the lower end of a boiler's tail flue. It captures the waste heat from exhaust gases, effectively warming the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under steam drum pressure. By harnessing heat from high-temperature flue gases, it substantially lowers the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and enhances efficiency, thereby earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer boasts unparalleled flexibility, undeterred by pressure limitations, and can function as a boiling type. Constructed primarily from carbon steel pipes with an external diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes features added fins to elevate heat transfer performance. This economizer comprises horizontally aligned serpent-like elbow pipes, known as serpentine pipes, meticulously crafted for optimal efficiency.

Product Advantages:
1. Elegantly harnessing low-temperature flue gas heat, it reduces exhaust temperatures, minimizes losses, and conserves precious fuel resources.
2. As feedwater is pre-heated in the economizer before entering the steam drum, its heat absorption requirement on the heating surface is diminished. Consequently, an economizer can supplant some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces, offering an economical alternative.
3. By elevating feedwater temperature before it enters the steam drum, the differential wall temperature is lowered, subsequently reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.

Product Usage:
During boiler startup (drum boiler), with no circulation in the steam-water pipeline causing boiler feedwater stagnation, the economizer's water also remains static. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer's water might vaporize, leading to overheating in certain sections. To prevent this, a secondary pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage connects to the economizer inlet, forming a recirculation pathway that maintains water flow and mitigates vaporization risk.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas is cooler, the economizer plays a pivotal role in:
(1) Capturing the heat from low-temperature flue gases at the tail flue, thereby reducing exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, boosting thermal efficiency, and saving on fuel usage.
(2) Elevating the water temperature entering the drum, economizers mitigate the temperature variance between drum walls and feedwater, thus lowering thermal stress and extending the drum's lifecycle.
