Utilizing the sophisticated method of resistance welding with overlap (specifically Method 221 / RSEW), we ensure a product that stands at the pinnacle of durability and efficiency.
Our precision-engineered process employs a gentle regime of direct welding with side current, pairing fins on diametrically opposite sides of the tube. These fins, expertly crafted in a U-profile, significantly enhance the efficiency of heat transfer and fortify the structural integrity of the joint. This design innovation ensures even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins are meticulously shaped through a gradual rolling process, minimizing internal stress in the final structure. A standout feature of our method is achieving a maximum profile length of 7 meters. While carbon steel is the typical material chosen for its superior heat transfer properties, we accommodate custom requests using high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni alloys, and various grades of austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin dimensions can be customized, with heights ranging from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to the customer's specific requirements. We use seamless tubes of matching materials, ranging from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST standards), ensuring our longitudinally finned tubes maintain a precision tolerance of ± 6 mm.
