The H finned tube heat exchanger, with its in-line arrangement, partitions space into smaller, uniform zones. This design equalizes airflow efficiently. Compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered layouts and spiral finned counterparts, the H-finned tube boasts a wear life 3 to 4 times longer under identical conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of tubes. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, tube bundles can be easily flushed, resulting in significantly reduced fouling on the rear side.
