1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler, a sophisticated device, employs ambient air as the cooling medium to flow across the finned tube, effectively cooling or condensing the high-temperature process fluid within.
This independent and compact piece of equipment can be strategically positioned indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. It seamlessly connects to systems via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure can be precisely controlled by adjusting the valve, with readings available on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Pre-operation checks ensure all high-frequency equipment valves are closed. Post-circulation, draining via the valve below the water distribution package removes any debris, preventing blockages during use.

Product advantages
1. Prolongs the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Conventional water causes scaling, demanding regular cleaning. Accumulated scaling diminishes emission power and lifespan, with risks of anode burnout in electronic tubes during severe scaling.
2. Energy efficient. For example, the 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment sees a dramatic reduction in power consumption from 8KW using regular water, down to just 70W when using distilled water.
3. Minimizes electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage induces direct current through water resistance to the ground, leading to substantial electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate of ordinary water far exceeds that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a smart energy-saving device installed at the lower segment of a boiler's tail flue. It ingeniously recovers waste heat from exhaust gases, transforming the boiler feedwater into a heated, saturated form under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing high-temperature flue gas heat, it effectively reduces flue gas exhaust temperature, enhancing energy efficiency and significantly saving fuel costs. That's why it's aptly named the economizer.
Our steel tube economizer showcases remarkable adaptability, unrestricted by pressure, and is capable of operating as a boiling type. Constructed with robust carbon steel pipes, each 32-51 millimeters in diameter, it sometimes features additional fins to maximize heat transfer efficiency. The design comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, also known as serpentine pipes.

Product advantages:
1. Efficiently harnesses low-temperature flue gas heat, significantly lowering exhaust temperature, minimizing heat loss, and optimizing fuel conservation.
2. By preheating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it reduces the heat absorption demands on the heating surface. This allows the economizer to substitute some high-cost evaporative heating surfaces, enhancing cost-efficiency.
3. Elevating the feed water's temperature upon entry into the steam drum minimizes wall temperature discrepancies, subsequently reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's lifespan.

Product Usage:
In the initiation phase of a drum boiler, the static state of the boiler feedwater in its steam water pipeline results in non-circulation, leaving the economizer water stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer's water risks vaporization, potentially overheating localized sections. To prevent this, a strategically designed recirculation pipeline is introduced, connecting from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, maintaining a consistent flow within the economizer and avoiding vaporization.

The economizer, strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, serves a critical role:
(1) By assimilating the heat from the tail flue's low-temperature gases, the economizer adeptly reduces exhaust temperatures, enhancing the thermal efficiency of low-parameter boilers and optimizing fuel usage.
(2) The integration of economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, effectively reducing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feedwater. This diminishes thermal stress on the drum, thereby extending its service life.
