This modern design not only enhances heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies the joint’s robustness and guarantees an even distribution around the tube’s circumference. The fins, crafted through gradual rolling, boast minimal internal stress, achieving lengths up to 7 meters. Made predominantly from carbon steel for optimal heat conduction, these fins can also be tailored to specific customer needs, using high-strength materials from Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, to duplex steels. Fin heights can vary between 5 to 32 mm, precisely customized to client specifications. Our seamless tubes, sharing the same material diversity from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are produced with meticulous tolerances of ± 6 mm, showcasing our dedication to precision.
