Crafted with exceptional precision, our finned tubes are engineered from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), our tubes ensure unparalleled performance and reliability.

 

Implemented with a soft regime for welding (direct welding with side current), our fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a distinctive U-profile. This innovative approach not only enhances the heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies the joint's strength while ensuring an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins are meticulously shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress and enabling a maximum profile length of 7 meters. While typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, the fins can be customized to meet diverse requirements using materials like high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various stainless steel grades. With fin heights ranging from 5 to 32 mm and angles tailored to customer specifications, our seamless tubes match the material range of the fins, spanning carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our precision production techniques guarantee a longitudinally finned tube tolerance of ± 6 mm.
