(1) Exceptional Wear Resistance

Arranged in a linear fashion, the H-finned tube heat exchanger divides the space into small areas, promoting uniform air flow. Compared to smooth tube exchangers with staggered setups and spiral finned variants, its wear life outlasts them by 3 to 4 times under similar conditions.

(2) Decreased Fouling

Fouling typically forms on the tube's dorsal and windward sides. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, minimizing fouling on the backside.
