The H-finned tube is a pivotal component in the entire exhaust gas boiler system, offering remarkable heat exchange properties and the following outstanding advantages.

(1) Excellent wear resistance

Ingeniously designed, the H finned tube heat exchanger aligns the fins in such a way that divides the airflow into uniform streams. This reduces wear significantly compared to conventional smooth tube exchangers or spiral finned configurations, boasting a wear life 3 to 4 times longer.

(2) Reduced fouling

Fouling typically accumulates on the windward and leeward sides of the tube. The innovative staggered tube design allows for easy cleaning of the tube bundle, ensuring minimal fouling on the reverse side. It possesses excellent self-cleaning capabilities when operated at optimal wind speeds. The design features straight channels on either side of the H finned tube, efficiently utilizing soot blowers for maximum cleaning performance.

(3) Minimized exhaust gas resistance

H fins create straight, unobstructed channels on either side, reducing airflow disruption.
