(1) Excellent wear resistance
Ingeniously designed, the H finned tube heat exchanger aligns the fins in such a way that divides the airflow into uniform streams. This reduces wear significantly compared to conventional smooth tube exchangers or spiral finned configurations, boasting a wear life 3 to 4 times longer.
(2) Reduced fouling
Fouling typically accumulates on the windward and leeward sides of the tube. The innovative staggered tube design allows for easy cleaning of the tube bundle, ensuring minimal fouling on the reverse side.
