1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium. It expertly sweeps the exterior of a finned tube, efficiently cooling or condensing high-temperature process fluids inside the tube.
Designed as a compact and independent system, it offers a small footprint and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user requirements. Connections to equipment can be made using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments can be easily managed via valve control, visibly indicated on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve under the water distribution package to prevent debris accumulation and avoid blockages during operation.

Product advantages
1. Extending the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water is prone to scaling and necessitates regular cleaning, which can impact emission power and the lifespan of electronic tubes. In extreme cases, it can lead to anode burn-through.
2. Energy efficiency: For instance, the 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment can achieve significant power savings. The power consumption of the anode water circuit to the ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW for ordinary water, reduced to about 70W for distilled water.
3. Minimizing electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the inlet and outlet of the electronic tube water jacket. The electrolytic corrosion rate of ordinary water exceeds 100 times that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously positioned at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue, adeptly recovering waste heat from exhaust gases. This device efficiently heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing the heat from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly lowers the exhaust temperature, resulting in remarkable energy savings and enhanced efficiency, earning it the title of an economizer.
The robust steel tube economizer is adaptable and pressure-unconstrained, even functioning as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it may feature fins to optimize heat transfer. The structure comprises horizontally aligned serpentine pipes, known for their effective heat exchange capabilities.

1. Expertly utilizes low-temperature flue gas heat to lower exhaust temperatures, curtailing exhaust losses, and achieving fuel economy.
2. Pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer reduces its heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing replacement of certain costly evaporative heating surfaces with the efficient economizer.
3. Elevating feedwater temperature prior to entering the steam drum minimizes wall temperature disparities, reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's lifespan.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in its steam water line results in stagnant boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer's water risks vaporization, leading to over-temperature conditions. To mitigate this, a supplementary pipeline from the steam drum's drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet serves as a recirculation pathway, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically located at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary function includes:
(1) Efficiently absorbing the tail flue's low-temperature flue gas heat to decrease exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, thereby boosting thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) Utilizing economizers elevates the feed water temperature entering the drum, decreasing temperature differences between the drum wall and feed water, thereby reducing thermal stress and enhancing the drum's durability.
