The rectangular fins of the H-finned tube are nearly square, extending approximately twice the diameter of the tube. This design significantly enhances the heating surface area. For even greater structural integrity, the H-finned tube can be crafted into a 'Double H' version featuring a dual-tube arrangement, perfect for longer tube rows.

The H-finned tube heat exchanger is aligned in a streamlined fashion. This unique configuration divides the space into several smaller sections, harmonizing the airflow. Compared to the staggered and spiral finned heat exchangers, under similar conditions, the H-finned tube boasts wear life 3 to 4 times longer.

(2) Fouling Minimized

Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the tube's staggered design, it facilitates effective flushing of the tube bundle, minimizing fouling on the reverse side. It showcases a commendable self-cleaning ability when subjected to appropriate wind speeds. Straight channels form on both sides of the H-finned tube, and when combined with a soot blower, it achieves optimal soot removal.

(3) Exhaust Gas Resistance Reduction

H fins create straight channels on both sides, directing airflow efficiently. Unlike spiral fins that accumulate fouling and increase flue resistance, H fins maintain low resistance.
