(1) Excellent wear resistance
In a strategic linear arrangement, the H finned tube heat exchanger boasts H fins that partition spaces into smaller areas, effectively balancing airflow. Compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned heat exchangers, under identical conditions, the wear resistance of the H finned tube is 3 to 4 times superior.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The strategic staggered arrangement of the tube facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, significantly reducing fouling on the reverse side. It effectively cleans itself at optimal wind speeds, enhancing efficiency. Straight channels form along the sides of the H finned tube, providing an optimal soot removal effect when using a soot blower.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
