1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as its cooling medium, effectively sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This independent set of equipment boasts a compact footprint, allowing for flexible placement indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. It can be seamlessly connected to existing systems via hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is adjustable through a valve, with real-time monitoring on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Before operation, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drain the water via the distribution package's drain valve to avoid debris and prevent blockage during use.

Product advantages
1, Enhancing the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water is susceptible to scaling, necessitating regular cleaning. Scaling can diminish emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2, Energy efficiency. For instance, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup shows that ordinary water consumes about 8KW of power in the anode water circuit under DC high voltage, whereas distilled water only consumes approximately 70W.
3, Mitigation of electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Ordinary water's electrolytic corrosion rate is over 100 times that of distilled water.

Product Description:
The economizer, a revolutionary device, is strategically positioned at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. This cutting-edge heating surface transforms boiler feedwater under steam drum pressure into saturated water. By harnessing heat from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly decreases flue gas exhaust temperatures, elevates energy efficiency, and markedly boosts performance, thus aptly named an economizer.
Crafted with precision, the steel tube economizer boasts pressure versatility, suitable even as a boiling type. Engineered from robust carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers may feature fins to amplify heat transfer efficiency. The design incorporates elegantly arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly known as serpentine pipes, for optimal functionality.

2. Preheating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum diminishes the feedwater's heat absorption from heating surfaces, allowing for the replacement of pricier evaporative heating surfaces with an economizer.
3. As feed water temperatures rise, the reduced temperature difference upon entering the steam drum alleviates thermal stress, thereby extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.

Product Usage:
During boiler (drum boiler) start-up, when steam water circulation is lacking, boiler feedwater becomes stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, economizer water risks vaporization, leading to potential overheating. Combat this by integrating a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, ensuring a dynamic water flow that prevents vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Positioned strategically at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary functions include:
(1) Efficiently capturing heat from low-temperature flue gases, thus lowering exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and reducing fuel consumption.
(2) Utilization of economizers elevates water temperature entering the drum, lessening the temperature variance between the drum wall and feed water, which reduces thermal stress and prolongs the drum's life.
