1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the finned tubes to either cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within, ensuring optimal thermal management.
This versatile equipment requires minimal space and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. Connectivity is facilitated through hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed via a pressure gauge for precision. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves are securely closed. Post self-circulation, it's crucial to drain the water to prevent debris accumulation, maintaining unobstructed operation.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a state-of-the-art device strategically installed at the lower section of the boiler's tail flue, meticulously designed to reclaim the waste heat from exhaust gases. This advanced economizer consists of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, widely recognized as serpentine pipes.

1. Efficiently absorbs the heat from low-temperature flue gases, significantly reducing exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and optimizing fuel savings.
2. By preheating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it diminishes the thermal absorption required from the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the temperature of feedwater rises, its entry into the steam drum leads to a reduction in wall temperature difference, thereby diminishing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's lifespan.

During the initiation phase of a drum boiler, the steam water pipeline lacks circulation, resulting in stagnant boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature escalates, water within the economizer may vaporize, creating localized overheating. To prevent this, an additional pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, establishing a recirculation flow that ensures the water remains dynamic, preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Positioned at the tail end of the boiler, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Capture heat from the low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) The incorporation of economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, reducing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feedwater, consequently diminishing thermal stress on the drum and extending its overall lifespan.
