Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Our Longitudinal Finned Tubes are crafted with meticulous precision using high-quality carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing method 221 / RSEW, a sophisticated resistance welding approach with overlap, ensures robust and reliable performance.
Our advanced soft regime technique employs direct welding with side current, ensuring optimal fin placement by welding them in pairs on opposite tube sides. The innovative U-profile design of the fins significantly boosts heat transfer efficiency and joint strength, while promoting a balanced fin distribution around the tube circumference. Through gradual rolling, we achieve a profile with minimal internal stress, and an impressive maximum length of 7 meters. Typically composed of carbon steel for its superior heat transfer properties, fins can also be tailored from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels per customer specifications. Fin height varies from 5 to 32 mm, with angles adjustable to client needs. Seamless tubes, matching fin material from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), ensure precision manufacturing with tolerances of ± 6 mm.
We accommodate orders of any size, from a single piece to mass production. Our tubes are available in straight or U-bent configurations, providing comprehensive equipment solutions.
