1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a cutting-edge equipment employing ambient air as the cooling medium, skillfully sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within the tube.
This autonomous equipment boasts a compact footprint, suitable for indoor or outdoor installation per user specifications. It seamlessly connects to equipment via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure monitored by a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Before operation, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are secured. Post self-circulation, the drain valve should release the water to eliminate debris, preventing blockages.
Product advantages
1, Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water is prone to scaling, necessitating regular cleaning. This daily scaling negatively impacts emission power and tube lifespan, with severe scaling risking anode damage.
2, Economize electricity. For instance, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment sees a significant reduction in power consumption using distilled water compared to ordinary water, from approximately 8KW to about 70W.
3, Minimize electrolytic corrosion. The anode's high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Distilled water's corrosion rate is substantially less, over 100 times lower than ordinary water.

A versatile heat exchanger designed to cool or heat forced air using mediums like water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil. Selection of appropriate heat exchanger models should be based on actual working conditions.
Air heat exchanger can be divided into air heater and air cooler.
The air heater is an adaptable marvel, available in a variety of forms such as electric heating, steam heating, and oil heating, among others. Each form is tailor-made to suit specific heating demands.
3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower end of a boiler's tail flue to ingeniously reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. This device plays a pivotal role in transforming boiler feedwater into saturated water with the aid of the steam drum's pressure. By tapping into the heat from the high-temperature flue gas, the economizer significantly reduces the exhaust temperature of the flue gas, leading to remarkable energy savings and enhanced efficiency. This impressive attribute earns its designation as an economizer.
Crafted from enduring carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, the steel tube economizer operates unfettered by pressure limitations, even adaptable as a boiling type. The inclusion of fins can amplify its heat transfer prowess. The economizer's design features horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes, for optimized heat exchange.

1. Capture the residual heat of low-temperature flue gas effectively, leading to reduced exhaust temperatures, minimized exhaust losses, and substantial fuel savings.
2. The pre-heating of feedwater in the economizer prior to entering the steam drum lessens the heat absorption requirement on heating surfaces, allowing for the replacement of costlier evaporative heating surfaces with the economizer.
3. With heightened feed water temperatures upon entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is significantly reduced, diminishing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase, particularly for drum boilers, the lack of circulation within its steam water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant. Consequently, the economizer water remains non-flowing, posing risks of vaporization as combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, potentially leading to localized over-temperature conditions. To counteract this, an additional pipeline is linked from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, functioning as a recirculation pipeline. This ensures a consistent flow inside the economizer, thus preventing vaporization.

Positioned at the cooler end of the boiler, the economizer is dedicated to:
(1) Harnessing heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, the economizer adeptly reduces the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, elevating the boiler's thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) By increasing the water temperature entering the drum, the economizer reduces the thermal stress imposed on the drum by narrowing the temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water, thus bolstering its longevity.
