1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced device that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids contained within.
This compact, standalone equipment can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user requirements. It connects seamlessly using hoses or steel pipes, with water pressure adjustable through a valve, as displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to use, all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves should be closed to ensure secure operation. After self-circulation, draining the water via the drain valve on the water distribution package prevents debris build-up, eliminating blockages during use.

1. Prolong the service life of electronic tubes: Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. Such scaling can significantly impact emission power and lifespan, potentially causing severe anode damage.
2. Energy efficiency: In high-frequency electronic tube equipment, using distilled water reduces the power consumption of the anode water circuit from approximately 8KW to just 70W, enhancing energy savings.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: The high anode voltage forms a DC current to the ground via water resistance, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The rate of corrosion in ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

Product Description:
An economizer is a highly efficient device engineered to be installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler, expertly recovering waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum's pressure, it significantly lowers the exhaust temperature of flue gases. This not only saves energy but also enhances operational efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer'.
The robust steel tube economizer is highly adaptable, not constrained by pressure and can function as a boiling type. Typically constructed from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, enhancements such as added fins elevate its heat transfer capabilities. Featuring a design comprising horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, also known as serpentine pipes, it ensures optimal performance.

1. Efficiently absorbs the heat from low-temperature flue gases, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures to minimize losses, thereby conserving fuel.
2. By preheating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it reduces the heat absorption demands on the heating surface, allowing for the substitution of certain expensive evaporative heating surfaces with the economizer.
3. As the feed water temperature rises, the reduced temperature difference in the steam drum walls leads to less thermal stress and consequently extends the steam drum's lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the critical start-up phase of a boiler (drum boiler), the economizer plays a vital role. Without circulation in the steam water pipeline, the economizer's water can remain stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, vaporization can occur, risking overheating. To prevent this, a strategically connected recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage line ensures consistent water flow in the economizer, averting vaporization issues.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the primary function of the economizer is to:
(1) Efficiently absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers. This enhances boiler thermal efficiency and conserves fuel.
(2) The use of economizers raises the water temperature entering the drum, minimizing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feed water. This reduction in thermal stress subsequently improves the drum's longevity.
