1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that harnesses ambient air as a cooling medium, skillfully sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to efficiently cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This compact equipment boasts a small footprint and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. It seamlessly connects to other equipment via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure visible on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, it's vital to close all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment. Once self-circulation begins, water should be drained using the drain valve beneath the water distribution package to prevent debris from causing blockages during use.

1. Extend the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water often causes scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Daily scaling impacts emission power and lifespan, and in severe cases, the anode of electronic tubes might burn through.
2. Conserve electricity: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit consumes roughly 8KW with ordinary water under DC high voltage, compared to about 70W using distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The electrolytic corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

The steel tube economizer is a marvel of engineering, offering flexibility beyond pressure limits, even functioning as a boiling type. Crafted from premium carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, these economizers sometimes feature innovative fins to drastically enhance heat transfer efficiency. Structurally, the steel tube economizer is a symphony of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes.

2. As feedwater pre-heats in the economizer prior to entering the steam drum, the heating surface's heat absorption is reduced, allowing the economizer to substitute some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces with its efficiency.
3. An increase in feed water temperature entering the steam drum leads to a reduced wall temperature difference, which in turn alleviates thermal stress and significantly enhances the steam drum's longevity.
Product Usage:
During the dynamic start-up phase of the boiler (drum boiler), circulation within its steam water pipeline may be absent, leaving boiler feedwater stagnant. As the economizer remains inactive, intensified boiler combustion and rising flue gas temperatures can provoke water vaporization within the economizer, potentially causing overheating. To combat this, a strategic pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation pathway. This ensures water flow within the economizer, aptly preventing vaporization.

The ingeniously positioned economizer, situated at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, serves a crucial role:
(1) By capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gas at the tail flue, the economizer effectively reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, resulting in enhanced boiler thermal efficiency and substantial fuel savings.
(2) Utilizing economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, bridging the temperature gap between the drum wall and the feed water, thereby reducing drum thermal stress and extending its operational lifespan.
