Our state-of-the-art air cooler utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within, ensuring superior cooling performance.
This independent, space-efficient equipment can be conveniently placed indoors or outdoors, tailored to user preferences. Easily connect it using hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure via the valve, monitored by the pressure gauge on the distribution package. Ensure seamless operation by draining water through the drain valve post self-circulation, preventing debris-induced blockages during use.

An economizer is an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler. Its primary function is to reclaim waste heat from the exhaust gas. By heating boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure, it significantly reduces the exhaust gas temperature. This energy-saving marvel enhances efficiency by absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gases, leading to its rightful designation as an economizer.

Typically crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter range of 32-51 millimeters, these economizers often feature additional fins to elevate heat transfer efficiency. Constructed with horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly known as serpentine pipes, it maximizes performance.

3. As the feed water temperature rises, entry into the steam drum results in a reduced wall temperature difference, diminishing thermal stress, and substantially prolonging the steam drum's service life.

During the startup phase of a boiler (drum boiler), limited circulation in the steam water pipeline leads to stagnant boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, water in the economizer may vaporize, causing localized overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is installed from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, ensuring water remains in a flowing state and averts vaporization.
