(1) Excellent wear resistance
Within the H-finned tube heat exchanger, tubes are meticulously arranged in a linear formation. The strategically placed H fins compartmentalize the space into multiple smaller areas, effectively balancing the airflow. Compared to staggered arrangements and spiral finned heat exchangers, this design significantly extends wear life by 3 to 4 times.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically forms on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, resulting in reduced fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, it exhibits impressive self-cleaning capabilities. With straight channels formed on both sides of the H-finned tube, soot removal is optimized with the use of a soot blower, ensuring superior cleaning efficacy.
