1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium, flowing over a finned tube to efficiently cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside it.
This equipment is standalone, with a compact design that can be conveniently placed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. Connections can be made using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is adjustable via a valve, with readings displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves on the high-frequency equipment are closed. Following self-circulation, drain any residual water using the drain valve under the water distribution package to prevent blockages during operation, ensuring seamless functionality.

Product advantages
1, Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water tends to cause scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Daily scaling adversely impacts the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, with extreme cases potentially leading to anode burnout.
2, Electricity savings. For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, power consumption of the anode water circuit to ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, but just around 70W with distilled water.
3, Minimized electrolytic corrosion. The anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the entry and exit points of the electronic tube water jacket. The corrosion rate with ordinary water exceeds that of distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously placed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, designed to reclaim waste heat from the exhaust gas. By channeling this heat into the boiler feedwater, rendering it into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure, it substantially lowers the flue gas exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and boosts efficiency-hence the name 'economizer'.
Our steel tube economizer, crafted from robust carbon steel pipes (32-51 mm in diameter), is designed to withstand any pressure and can function as a boiling type. Enhanced with strategically added fins, this economizer maximizes heat transfer efficiency. It features horizontally arrayed parallel elbow pipes, commonly known as serpentine pipes.

Product Advantages:
1. Capture the latent heat from low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures, minimizing losses, and optimizing fuel usage.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer prior to its entry into the steam drum, it reduces the workload on more costly evaporative heating surfaces, offering a viable alternative.
3. With the rise in feedwater temperature before entering the steam drum, the temperature disparity across the drum walls is reduced, leading to decreased thermal stress, thereby extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.

Product Usage:
During a boiler's start-up phase (particularly in drum boilers), the absence of circulation in its steam-water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant, causing the water in the economizer to remain inactive. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures surge, there's a risk of vaporization, leading to potential overheating in parts of the economizer. To counteract this, an auxiliary pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage can be connected to the economizer's inlet, facilitating continuous water flow to prevent vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary role is:
(1) To ingeniously capture heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and promoting fuel savings.
(2) By integrating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, diminishing the temperature variance between the drum wall and the feedwater, thus mitigating thermal stress and extending the drum's lifespan.
