1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps across the exterior of finned tubes to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within the tubes.
This compact equipment can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors as per user preferences. It connects seamlessly to equipment using hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is adjustable via a valve, as indicated on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment should be securely closed. Post self-circulation, water should be drained using the drain valve under the water distribution package to prevent debris and avoid blockages.

1. Enhancing the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water is susceptible to scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Such scaling adversely affects the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, with severe cases risking the anode being burned through.
2. Energy savings: Exemplified by the 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the power consumption of the anode water circuit to the ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW for ordinary water and a mere 70W for distilled water.
3. Mitigating electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the inlet and outlet of the electronic tube water jacket. The electrolytic corrosion rate of ordinary water is over 100 times greater than that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower tail flue of a boiler. Its primary role is to harness the waste heat from the exhaust gas, elevating the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. This thermal marvel reduces the exhaust gas temperature, curtails energy wastage, and boosts efficiency, truly earning its name as an economizer by transforming excess heat into valuable energy savings.
Our steel tube economizer is exceptionally versatile, unrestricted by pressure, and can function as a boiling type. Fabricated primarily from robust carbon steel pipes, typically with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes includes additional fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The design features horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes, to ensure maximum effectiveness in heat exchange.
Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently absorb heat from low-temperature flue gas, significantly lower the exhaust temperature, minimize exhaust losses, and ultimately conserve fuel.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, this innovative system reduces the heat absorption required on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute certain costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feed water temperature climbs, entering the steam drum reduces the temperature differential across the drum wall, thereby minimizing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up process, particularly in drum boilers, the steam water pipeline circulation is yet to commence, leading to stagnant boiler feedwater and non-flowing water in the economizer. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the risk of vaporization within the economizer increases, posing an overheating hazard. To mitigate this, a supplementary pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.
Production process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer, strategically positioned at the lower flue gas temperature tail of the boiler, plays a pivotal role by:
(1) Capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, it efficiently reduces the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, elevates boiler thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel resources.
(2) By utilizing economizers, the incoming drum water temperature is increased, resulting in a reduced temperature differential between the drum wall and feed water. This effectively diminishes the thermal stress on the drum, enhancing its longevity.
