1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a state-of-the-art equipment utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium. By sweeping across a finned tube, it effectively cools or condenses the high-temperature process fluid inside, ensuring efficient heat exchange.
This compact, standalone equipment can be conveniently placed indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. Versatile connectivity via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure visible on the gauge, ensures adaptability. Prior to operation, all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment should be secured. For optimal functionality, post self-circulation, ensure the drainage of water using the drain valve beneath the package, preventing debris blockage.
Product advantages
1. Extend the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment). Traditional water sources tend to scale, necessitating regular cleaning, which compromises emission power and lifespan. Severe scaling can lead to anode burn-through.
2. Energy savings. For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the power consumption of the anode water circuit to the ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, but only about 70W with distilled water.
3. Mitigate electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage can create a direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to significant electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water exceeds that with distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler to capture and reclaim valuable waste heat from exhaust gases. This innovative device heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the pressure of the steam drum. By absorbing precious heat from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly reduces the flue gas exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and boosts efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer stands out for its versatility, not being constrained by pressure and can function as a boiling type. It is usually crafted from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters. To enhance heat transfer efficiency, fins and fins are sometimes integrated into the tubes. This efficient economizer comprises horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes.
Product Advantages:
1. Effectively harnesses the heat of low-temperature flue gas, substantially lowers exhaust temperature, minimizes exhaust losses, and promotes fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption on the heating surface is minimized, thus allowing the economizer to supplant some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feed water temperature rises, the temperature difference when entering the steam drum is reduced, decreasing thermal stress and extending the service life of the steam drum.
Product Usage:
During the initial phase of the boiler's operation (drum boiler), the lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline causes the boiler feedwater to remain stagnant, and the water in the economizer is non-flowing. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, there's a risk of vaporization in the economizer, leading to over-temperature conditions. To counter this, a supplementary pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe is connected to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation pathway that maintains water flow within the economizer and prevents vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower. Its primary purpose is to:
(1) Absorb heat from the low-temperature flue gas at the tail flue, which reduces the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, enhances boiler thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel.
(2) With the integration of economizers, the temperature of the water entering the drum is elevated, decreasing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feed water, thereby reducing thermal stress and prolonging the drum's lifespan.
