(1) Excellent wear resistance

Unlike traditional smooth tube and spiral finned heat exchangers, the H finned tube heat exchanger is designed in a linear arrangement. This innovative configuration divides the air into smaller areas, evenly distributing airflow and significantly extending wear life by 3 to 4 times.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically occurs on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. With a staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle can be easily flushed, minimizing fouling on the backside.
