The H-finned tube serves as the principal component for heat exchange within exhaust gas boilers, offering a multitude of significant advantages.

(1) Superior Wear Resistance

Arranged in a linear fashion, the H-finned tube heat exchanger ingeniously segments space into smaller sections, ensuring even distribution of air flow. Unlike smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered setups or spiral finned heat exchangers, the H-finned design boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times longer under comparable conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The tube's staggered arrangement facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, significantly reducing fouling on the reverse side. It exhibits an excellent self-cleaning capability when subjected to optimal wind speeds. The straight channel formation alongside the H-finned tube effectively manages soot, delivering optimal results when combined with a soot blower.
