Longitudinal Finned Tube Overview

Crafted with precision, our finned tubes are expertly produced from premium materials such as carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing state-of-the-art resistance welding with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes ensure optimal performance.

Our innovative soft regime approach employs direct welding with side current, consistently welding fins in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. The U-profile design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Fins are meticulously shaped through gradual rolling to minimize internal stress. This method allows us to achieve profile lengths of up to 7 meters, tailored to meet customer needs. Typically crafted from carbon steel for excellent heat conductivity, fins can also be made from high-strength steels including Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, adaptable to customer specifications. Seamless tubes, made from materials ranging from carbon to duplex steels, maintain precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.

From single pieces to large-scale production, we cater to all quantities. Our tubes are available as straight or U-bent, with the option for complete equipment delivery.
