Crafted with meticulous precision, our finned tubes are expertly manufactured from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure superior quality and performance.

Our innovative use of a soft regime—direct welding with side current—ensures that fins are consistently welded in perfectly balanced pairs, positioned opposite each other on the tube. The distinct U-profile shape of the fins significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and promotes an even distribution along the tube's circumference. Crafted through a gradual rolling process, the fins exhibit minimal inner stress, facilitating a profile length of up to 7 meters. While typically constructed from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, we offer customization options, allowing the use of high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels based on customer requirements and specific applications. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes, available in the same material spectrum as the fins—from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST)—are produced with precision, adhering to tolerances of ± 6 mm.
