The fins, whether solid or serrated, are intricately helically wound and seamlessly welded to the tube using a state-of-the-art fully automatic laser finning machine. Our innovative laser finning technique achieves a flawless fin-to-tube bond, featuring reduced heat input and enhanced efficiency in heat transfer, along with robust resistance to corrosion.

The advantages over traditional MAG/HF welding methods are critically significant.
The seamless connection between fins and base tube results in exceptional heat transfer and up to 2.5 times enhanced thermal efficiency of the finned tubes.
The continuous welding process eliminates notch effects, preventing corrosion and crack formation, even in finned tubes subject to oscillation.
The minimized base metal heating during welding and the high-speed travel of up to 20m/min greatly reduce the heat-affected zone in the base tube. The complete melting of the tube and any metallurgical transformation of the parent metals are effectively prevented.
