1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently cools or condenses high-temperature process fluids inside a finned tube by sweeping air across the exterior.
Designed for versatility and minimal space usage, the air cooler can be installed indoors or outdoors as per user needs. It's connectable to other equipment via hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is adjustable using a valve, monitored by the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. For optimal performance, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed before use. Post self-circulation, drain water via the distribution package to prevent debris blockage.

1. Prolongs the lifespan of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment: Regular water can cause scaling, impacting emission power and tube lifespan. Severe scaling may burn through the tube anode.
2. Electricity savings: In a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, the anode water circuit power draw is approximately 8KW with ordinary water compared to a mere 70W using distilled water.
3. Minimizes electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage via water can cause electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Ordinary water's corrosion rate is over 100 times that of distilled water.

2. Air heat exchanger/Radiator
This heat exchanger efficiently cools or heats forcibly flowing air using mediums such as water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil. Selection of the appropriate model depends on actual working conditions.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, designed to capture and utilize the waste heat from exhaust gases. It efficiently pre-heats the boiler's feedwater, converting it into saturated water with the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing the heat from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly reduces exhaust temperatures, conserves energy, and boosts overall efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
Crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with diameters of 32-51 millimeters, the steel tube economizer stands as a testament to engineering innovation. Not constrained by pressure, it can function as a boiling type. Enhancements such as fins are often added to enhance heat transfer efficiency. This economizer comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

1. Ingeniously captures low-temperature flue gas heat, significantly cutting down exhaust temperatures and energy losses, leading to substantial fuel savings.
2. Pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum minimizes its heat absorption on the heating surfaces, allowing for a more efficient, cost-effective replacement of expensive evaporative heating surfaces.
3. Elevating the feed water temperature as it enters the steam drum decreases the wall temperature differential, thereby reducing thermal stress and extending the lifetime of the steam drum.
Product Usage:
During a drum boiler's start-up phase, the stagnant state of the feedwater in the economizer poses a risk of vaporization due to increasing flue gas temperatures. To mitigate overheating and vaporization, a supplementary pipeline is connected from the steam drum's central drainage to the economizer's inlet. This creates a recirculation system, ensuring water flow and preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Positioned at the lower flue gas temperature tail of the boiler, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Recover heat from the low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) By integrating economizers, the water entering the drum is pre-heated, which reduces the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feedwater, minimizing thermal stress, and significantly extending the drum's lifespan.
