Our innovative soft regime technique employs direct welding with side current, where fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. The U-profile fin design enhances heat transfer efficiency, bolsters joint strength, and ensures a uniform distribution around the tube. Gradual rolling minimizes internal stress, allowing profile lengths up to 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat conduction, fins can also be custom-manufactured from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels to meet diverse specifications. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer requirements. Seamless tubes, crafted from the same extensive material range as the fins, guarantee precision with tolerances as tight as ± 6 mm.
