Our state-of-the-art, soft regime process employs direct welding with side current, ensuring fins are symmetrically welded in pairs for optimal efficiency. The innovative U-profile design enhances heat transfer and fortifies joint strength, guaranteeing a uniform fin distribution. This method, characterized by gradual rolling, minimizes inner stress and allows for an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is often used for its excellent heat transfer properties, we offer customization for high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels upon request. Fin heights can be tailored from 5 to 32 mm, adhering to specified customer angles. Our seamless tubes, offered in a similar material range from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are manufactured with precision tolerances of ± 6 mm.
