1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
The air cooler is an advanced apparatus utilizing ambient air as its cooling medium. It elegantly sweeps outside a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids inside, ensuring efficient heat transfer.
This compact equipment has a flexible footprint, suitable for indoor or outdoor placement as dictated by user requirements. It connects seamlessly to systems with hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are made easy via valve regulation, visibly monitored by the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Ensuring no debris during operation, all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves should be closed prior to use. Post self-circulation, drain via the valve under the water distribution package.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a sophisticated device strategically installed at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue to ingeniously reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. It efficiently pre-heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the pressure of the steam drum. By harnessing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it effectively reduces exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and significantly boosts efficiency, thereby earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer boasts unparalleled versatility, unrestricted by pressure limitations, and adaptable for boiling use. Constructed from durable carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes employs fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. This innovative economizer features horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

Product Advantages:
1. Ingeniously absorbs heat from low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and optimizing fuel savings.
2. Through pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the required heat absorption on the heating surface is diminished. This allows the economizer to act as a cost-effective replacement for more expensive evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As feedwater temperature increases upon entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is reduced, mitigating thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's startup phase (particularly drum boilers), the absence of circulation in its steam-water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant. With intensified combustion and rising flue gas temperatures, water in the economizer risks vaporization, resulting in localized overheating. To counter this, a dedicated recirculation pipeline, connecting the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensures water flow within the economizer, preventing vaporization and maintaining optimal operation.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Ingeniously placed at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Capture and utilize heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively decreasing exhaust temperature for low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and providing significant fuel savings.
(2) By integrating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, reducing the thermal stress on the drum wall and feedwater, thus prolonging the drum's lifespan.
