(1) Exceptional Wear Resistance
Unlike traditional smooth tube exchangers with staggered or spiral finned arrangements, the H finned tube exchanger is meticulously arranged in a linear sequence. The H fins ingeniously segment the space into multiple smaller zones, effectively equalizing the airflow. This arrangement dramatically enhances wear life, achieving a lifespan that is 3 to 4 times longer under similar conditions.
(2) Reduced Fouling
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube, hindering efficiency. The staggered configuration of the tubes facilitates the easy flushing of the tube bundle, minimizing fouling on the posterior side.
