Ingeniously arranged in line, the H finned tube's design optimizes airflow by compartmentalizing space, thus significantly outlasting the conventional smooth tube heat exchangers and spiral finned heat exchangers in terms of wear resistance, boasting a lifespan 3 to 4 times longer under similar conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates thorough flushing of the tube bundle, effectively reducing fouling on the backside. Straight channels formed on either side of the H finned tube allow for optimal soot elimination when using a soot blower.
