By symmetrically welding two pieces of steel, each with a graceful arc in the middle, onto the raw tube, the design forms fins (or ribs) that strikingly resemble the letter "H," hence earning the name H-finned tube. Featuring fins that are nearly square and rectangular, the H-finned tube boasts a length approximately twice that of the tube's diameter. This design significantly extends the heating surface area. Engineered with advanced 'double H' finned tube technology, these double-tube configurations exhibit remarkable structural rigidity, making them exceptionally suitable for longer rows of tubes.

The versatile H fin tube is adept at capturing gas waste heat from numerous sources, including power station boilers, industrial boilers, kilns, and even ship power plants. (1) Exceptional Wear Resistance

Ingeniously arranged in line, the H finned tube's design optimizes airflow by compartmentalizing space, thus significantly outlasting the conventional smooth tube heat exchangers and spiral finned heat exchangers in terms of wear resistance, boasting a lifespan 3 to 4 times longer under similar conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates thorough flushing of the tube bundle, effectively reducing fouling on the backside. At ideal wind speeds, the tube exhibits an impressive self-cleaning capability. Straight channels formed on either side of the H finned tube allow for optimal soot elimination when using a soot blower.

(3) Lower Exhaust Gas Resistance
