Our innovative soft regime welding (direct welding with side current) sets new standards. Fins are expertly paired and affixed on opposite sides of the tube, forming a unique U-profile. This design remarkably enhances heat transfer, elevates joint robustness, and guarantees an impeccably even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Fins are meticulously shaped through a progressive rolling process, minimizing internal stress in the final profile. With this superior technique, we achieve profile lengths up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is our primary material due to its excellent heat transfer capabilities, we offer customization with high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and diverse stainless steel variants including austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, tailored to customer requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customizable to client specifications. Seamless tubes, crafted from similar materials, range from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our precise manufacturing method guarantees longitudinally finned tubes within a fine tolerance of ±6 mm.
