With our innovative laser finning process, experience an impeccable fin-to-tube bond that offers reduced heat input, heightened efficiency in heat flow, and superior corrosion resistance.

Achieving a complete bond between the fins and the base tube leads to exceptional heat transfer efficiency, offering up to 2.5 times the thermal performance of conventional finned tubes.
The continuous weld mitigates notch effects and prevents corrosion, thereby eliminating the risk of cracks, even under the stress of oscillating finned tubes.
Minimizing the heat-affected zone is achieved by low base metal heating during welding and a remarkable travel speed of up to 20m/min. Complete melting of the tube and any associated metallurgical transformation of the parent metals are effectively prevented.
