Utilizing an advanced soft regime (direct welding with side current), our fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, designed in an innovative U-profile shape. This cutting-edge design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and guarantees an even fin distribution around the tube. The process involves meticulous gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress and achieving an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for its excellent thermal conductivity, our fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni, or austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific customer requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, and angles are tailored per customer specifications. Our seamless tubes match the fins' material range, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), ensuring tight manufacturing tolerances of ± 6 mm.
