1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an innovative piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps across the exterior of a finned tube, cooling or condensing the high-temperature process fluid within.
This independent equipment boasts a compact footprint, suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement as per user requirements. It offers flexible connectivity options via hoses or steel pipes. The adjustable water pressure is monitored via a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to operation, all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment should be closed. Post self-circulation, the drain valve beneath the water distribution package should be opened to ensure debris-free operation, preventing blockages.

1, Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. This scaling adversely affects emission power and tube lifespan, and, in extreme cases, may cause anode burnout in electronic tubes.
2, Optimize electricity usage: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit's power consumption is approximately 8KW with regular water but only about 70W with distilled water.
3, Mitigate electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Distilled water reduces this corrosion rate more than 100-fold compared to regular water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue to cleverly reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. This device heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface, operating under the steam drum's pressure. By effectively capturing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it significantly lowers the exhaust temperature, thereby conserving energy and boosting overall efficiency. Hence, it is aptly named an economizer.
The steel tube economizer boasts remarkable versatility, being unfettered by pressure constraints and is suitable for boiling applications. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes features added fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. This robust economizer is composed of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

1. Efficiently absorbs heat from low-temperature flue gas, significantly lowers the exhaust temperature, minimizes exhaust losses, and delivers substantial fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the load on the more expensive evaporative heating surfaces is reduced, allowing for cost savings and improved efficiency.
3. The increase in feed water temperature as it enters the steam drum reduces the wall temperature difference, effectively lowering thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the intricate start-up process of a boiler (drum boiler), the lack of circulation in its steam water pipeline results in stagnation of the boiler feedwater. This causes the water in the economizer to remain static. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, water vaporization in the economizer can occur, leading to localized overheating. To prevent this, a secondary pipeline is ingeniously connected from the steam drum's central drainage to the economizer's inlet, creating a recirculation path that ensures water flow and prevents vaporization.

Ingeniously positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer primarily functions to:
(1) Capture and utilize the heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, thereby reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhancing boiler thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) By incorporating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum increases, thus reducing the temperature difference between the drum wall and feedwater. This leads to a reduction in thermal stress on the drum, ultimately prolonging its lifespan.
