1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced apparatus utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of finned tubes to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within.
This standalone, compact equipment can be conveniently positioned indoors or outdoors as per user requirements, seamlessly connecting to systems via hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is adjustable through a valve, with readings shown on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve under the water distribution package to eliminate debris, preventing any potential blockages.

1. Prolonging the service life of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment: Conventional water is susceptible to scaling, necessitating regular cleaning. Such scaling adversely impacts the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.

The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times greater than with distilled water.
