Employing a gentle, soft welding regime, our tubes are crafted with direct side current welding. Pairs of fins are expertly welded on opposite sides, adopting an innovative U-profile that surpasses traditional designs. This unique approach enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures flawless fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Our precision rolling technique minimizes internal stress, optimizing the profile up to an impressive 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for superior heat conductivity, our fins can also be customized from high-strength materials such as Cr-Mo-Ni steels, or even austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, tailored to your specific requirements. The fin height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customizable to client specifications. Seamless tubes match the material range of fins, encompassing carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production mastery guarantees finned tubes within tight tolerances of ± 6 mm.
