1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a refined piece of equipment employing ambient air as a cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across finned tubes to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids within.
This independent unit boasts a compact footprint, suitable for indoor or outdoor placement per user specifications. Connect seamlessly with hoses or steel pipes. Adjust water pressure effortlessly via valve control, with pressure readings visible on the distribution package gauge. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves are closed. After self-circulation, drain water via the package's valve to avoid debris accumulation and potential blockages.

1. Prolongs the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. Scaling impacts emission power and tube lifespan, with severe cases risking anode damage.
2. Enhanced electricity conservation: For 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, power consumption of the anode water circuit, grounded under DC high voltage, is about 8KW with regular water, and approximately 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimizes electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage forms a direct current to the ground via water resistance, causing corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water drastically reduces this rate compared to standard water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a remarkable device installed strategically at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler. Its primary role is to reclaim the waste heat from the exhaust gas efficiently. This ingenious device heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated state using the heating surface under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it significantly reduces the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and enhances efficiency, justifying its aptly given name 'economizer'.
The steel tube economizer, constructed predominantly from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, distinguishes itself by its versatility. It operates independently of pressure constraints and can function as a boiling type. To further amplify heat transfer efficiency, fins may be incorporated. The design comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

1. It ingeniously captures the heat from the low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and conserving fuel.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption required from the heating surface is diminished. This allows the economizer to substitute some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the temperature of the feedwater escalates, it enters the steam drum with a reduced wall temperature difference, thus alleviating thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the initiation phase of a boiler (particularly drum boilers), the lack of circulation within the steam water pipeline results in stagnant boiler feedwater and non-flowing economizer water. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer water is prone to vaporization, risking localized overheating. To avert this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Positioned at the tail end of the boiler where the flue gas temperature is considerably lower, the economizer primarily serves to:
(1) Efficiently harness the heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, it reduces the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, enhances thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel.
(2) By incorporating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is increased, reducing the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feedwater. This reduces the drum's thermal stress, thereby prolonging its lifespan.
