Crafted with meticulous precision, our finned tubes boast high-quality construction using carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. The advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW) ensures durability and top-notch performance.

Adopting an innovative soft regime method where direct welding with side current is utilized, our fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a U-profile. This distinctive design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens the joint, and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins are precisely shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing inner stress for a flawless finish. Remarkably, this method allows for a profile length of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is our standard material for excellent heat conduction, we customize fins according to customer requirements, using materials like high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights vary from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Our seamless tubes, available in a range of materials from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are crafted with remarkable precision, adhering to tolerances of ± 6 mm.
