Crafted with precision, our finned tubes are meticulously manufactured from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure superior quality. This innovative process guarantees the highest performance and reliability.

Our state-of-the-art soft regime welding technique (direct welding with side current) ensures that fins are firmly welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, boasting a U-profile design. Compared to traditional contact surfaces, this unique shape provides enhanced heat transfer efficiency, strengthens the joint, and achieves uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Through gradual rolling, the fins are shaped to minimize inner stress, offering a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Customization options are available to meet customer specifications, including materials like carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, as well as high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to client requirements. Seamless tubes, matched to fin materials from carbon to duplex steels, are crafted to meet stringent ASTM, EN, and GOST standards. Our production method ensures precision, delivering longitudinally finned tubes with tolerances as tight as ± 6 mm.
