1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an innovative piece of equipment that leverages ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently sweeps the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within, ensuring optimal thermal management.
This compact, independent equipment offers a small footprint and flexible placement options, either indoors or outdoors based on user requirements. It connects seamlessly to equipment via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed on the pressure gauge for precision. Prior to use, all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves must be closed. Following self-circulation, the system should be purged via the drain valve to ensure debris-free operation, preventing potential blockages.
Product advantages
1. Extend the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment). Ordinary water tends to scale easily, necessitating regular cleaning. Persistent scaling can significantly diminish emission power and lifespan, and in severe instances, the anode may suffer from burn-through.
2. Dramatically reduce electricity consumption. For example, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the power draw of the anode water circuit to ground with ordinary water is around 8KW, whereas with distilled water, it's a mere 70W.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The electrolytic corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

A versatile heat exchanger designed to either cool or heat air in motion, using mediums such as water, glycol solution, steam, or heat-conducting oil. Selection of specific heat exchanger models should be based on actual working conditions for optimal performance.

Product Description:
Introducing the economizer, an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower tail flue of a boiler. It brilliantly recuperates waste heat from the exhaust gases, converting it into valuable energy. This marvel heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated state under steam drum pressure, effectively lowering the flue gas exhaust temperature, conserving energy, and enhancing boiler efficiency, true to its name-economizer.
Our steel tube economizer is a testament to engineering excellence. Unrestricted by pressure limits, it can function as a boiling type, crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with diameters of 32-51 mm. For superior heat transfer, additional fins may be integrated into the tubes. Composed of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, known as serpentine pipes, this economizer exemplifies sophisticated thermal technology.

1. Masterfully absorbs low-temperature flue gas heat, significantly diminishing exhaust temperature and losses. This innovation leads to substantial fuel savings.
2. By preheating feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, it minimizes heat absorption on the main heating surface and allows for the economizer to replace some costly evaporative heating components.
3. Increasing the feedwater temperature before entering the steam drum reduces the temperature differential across the drum wall, thereby minimizing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase, particularly in drum boilers, the stagnant state of feedwater in the steam water pipeline can lead to vaporization in the economizer, causing it to overheat locally. To mitigate this, a recirculation pipeline is integrated, connecting the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring the water remains in motion and prevents vaporization.

The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail end where the flue gas temperature is lower. Its pivotal roles include:
(1) Effectively capturing heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, it reduces the exhaust temperature of low-parameter boilers, enhances thermal efficiency, and significantly conserves fuel.
(2) By raising the water temperature entering the drum, the economizer decreases the temperature differential between the drum wall and feedwater, thus reducing thermal stress and prolonging the drum's lifespan.
