1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
Our air cooler utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids inside, making it a cornerstone of modern cooling technology.
This sophisticated yet compact equipment can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. It can be seamlessly integrated with other equipment using hoses or steel pipes. The adjustable valve allows precise control of water pressure, visibly monitored via a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. For optimal operation, all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment should be closed before usage. Following self-circulation, it's essential to drain water via the water distribution package's drain valve to prevent debris accumulation and potential blockages.

1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Common water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. Daily scaling impacts emission power and tube lifespan, potentially leading to severe anode damage.
2. Achieve significant electricity savings. For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit's power consumption to the ground is about 8KW with ordinary water, drastically reduced to approximately 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage can cause direct current flow to the ground through water resistance. This results in electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a highly efficient device positioned at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, ingeniously designed to harness the waste heat from exhaust gases. By warming the boiler feedwater under the steam drum's pressure, it transforms it into a saturated water heating surface. This clever heat recovery method effectively reduces exhaust gas temperature, boosts energy conservation, and elevates overall operational efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer.'
This robust steel tube economizer surpasses pressure constraints, offering the flexibility for use as a boiling type. Constructed primarily from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes features added fins for enhanced heat transfer efficiency. Its design comprises horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, also known as serpentine pipes, optimizing heat exchange.

1. Skillfully absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases, this economizer effectively lowers exhaust temperatures, minimizes exhaust losses, and significantly conserves fuel resources.
2. By pre-heating feedwater within the economizer prior to its entry into the steam drum, the heat absorption demand on the main heating surface is reduced, enabling the economizer to replace costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. With an increase in feedwater temperature upon entering the steam drum, the differential temperature across the drum wall is minimized, consequently reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
In the startup phase of a drum boiler, the boiler feedwater remains stagnant, lacking circulation within its steam-water pipeline. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, water in the economizer may vaporize, leading to potential over-temperature conditions in localized areas. To prevent this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer's inlet as a recirculation pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow and preventing vaporization.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Capture and utilize the residual heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers. This boosts thermal efficiency and leads to significant fuel savings.
(2) Elevating the water temperature entering the drum through the use of economizers reduces the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feedwater, lessening the thermal stress on the drum and ultimately enhancing its longevity.
