1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler serves as an essential apparatus that utilizes ambient air for cooling, effectively sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to either cool or condense high-temperature process fluids contained within the tube.
This compact, standalone unit occupies minimal space and offers versatile placement options, whether indoors or outdoors, based on user preference. Connectivity is achieved via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed on the pressure gauge. Prior to use, all high-frequency equipment valves should be closed, followed by draining to prevent debris blockage, ensuring flawless operation.

Product advantages
1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Conventional water often scales, necessitating regular cleaning. Scaling affects the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, with severe cases risking anode damage.
2. Energy efficiency: In 100KW high-frequency electronic tube systems, ordinary water consumption is approximately 8KW, whereas distilled water uses only about 70W, significantly reducing electricity usage.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a DC current through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water reduces this corrosion rate by over 100 times compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously designed to be installed at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue, serving to recover waste heat from exhaust gases. By transforming boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum pressure, it significantly reduces flue gas exhaust temperatures, thereby conserving energy and enhancing efficiency. This remarkable device earns its name 'economizer' due to its energy-saving capabilities.
The steel tube economizer stands out by its versatility, not being constrained by pressure and offering the option to be utilized as a boiling type. Constructed predominantly from durable carbon steel pipes with a diameter ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it often incorporates fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. Its design consists of horizontally arranged, parallel serpentine pipes, heralding an innovative approach to heat exchange.

Product Advantages:
1. It efficiently absorbs the heat from low-temperature flue gases, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures and minimizing losses, thus leading to significant fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating feedwater within the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it diminishes the feedwater's heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. With the rise in feedwater temperature upon entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference decreases, subsequently reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in the steam-water pipeline means the boiler feedwater remains stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, water in the economizer may vaporize, leading to potential overheating. To mitigate this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet is implemented, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically located at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Capture heat from the low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively reducing the exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, improving their thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Boost the temperature of water entering the drum, decreasing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feedwater, minimizing thermal stress, and consequently elongating the drum's lifespan.
