(1) Superior Wear Resistance

The H-finned tube heat exchanger is uniquely configured in a linear arrangement, where the H fins divide the space into multiple small zones, ensuring a balanced airflow distribution. In comparison to standard smooth tube exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned exchangers, the wear life of H-finned tubes is remarkably extended by 3 to 4 times under identical conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube design facilitates effective cleaning of the tube bundle, resulting in reduced fouling on the backside. Boasting an efficient self-cleaning feature at optimal wind speeds, it ensures minimized maintenance. Straight channels are formed on both sides of the H-finned tube, optimizing soot removal, particularly when combined with a soot blower for maximum efficiency.
